Experience

35 years in the insurance industry primarily within the Accounting / Finance area of Insurance Company Administration. During this period was heavily involved in setting up Insurance and associated companies around the world.

One of my last projects was forming Hastings Direct in Bexhill UK.  Retired as a Director in 2002 but got bored and formed MMC Ltd and discovered the world of ISO which process fits my principles of managing and running business.  Have enjoyed helping hundreds of different companies around the UK implement ISO systems and successfully grow their business.  

Now some 21 years later I am now moving into the background (out to pasture) and helping the new team grow the business.
